Program:
Pride: The self discipline to do the right thing at all times as a person and student-athletes.
Attitude: A positive and motivated ability to listen, learn and accept personal
constructive criticism.
Work Ethic: A strong dedication and commitment to continual improvement as a student,
athlete and team through consistent enthusiastic and intense hard work.
Responsibility: The ability to be devoted and dedicated to fulfilling individual
and team obligations.
Teamwork: An active respect for your teammates supported by a consistent effort
to work together as an unselfish unit to achieve one common goal.
Leadership: An ability for one to lead himself and others (team) in a productive
direction regardless of the situation.
Honor: To maintain a loyalty to yourself, teammates and coaching staff, in good
times as well as bad times.
Commitment: A firm eagerness to make the effort or sacrifice needed regardless
of the effort or sacrifice required.
Sportsmanship: The ability to maintain a sense of humbleness in victory or defeat.
Character: Integrity, plus 1 through 9.
Respect: A special appreciation for yourself and your teammates.
